More About Coaching (header)

Coaching begins with the recognition that everyone faces challenges in relating to their col-
leagues, and in attaining their goals. And that each of us can learn how to recognize what's working – and what's not – in our lives, and what can be done to effect change.

Think of your coach as your sounding board and confidant: together, you will establish an intimate and completely confidential relationship. You will have regular conversations, where you can feel free to explore anything that's on your mind.

Your coach will listen closely, and work with you to identify issues, recognize strengths, and
develop an actionable plan that will help you move forward – faster and with greater success.

For instance, a coach can help you:

  • Create and implement solutions to specific challenges
  • Develop new skills and awareness (personal and professional)
  • Enhance your effectiveness in your current role
